Co-founder of the How Market App
PMP is a seasoned project manager, civil engineer, and entrepreneur based in Calgary, Canada. With extensive experience across the construction, engineering, and financial sectors, Ade brings a well-rounded perspective to building and managing successful projects and businesses.
Ade is the Co-founder of the How Market App, a digital platform designed to support the Afro-Caribbean community by connecting users with culturally relevant businesses and services. His entrepreneurial work focuses on leveraging technology and community-driven solutions to create economic opportunities.
Professionally, Ade has built a strong career in project and construction management, leading capital projects and infrastructure initiatives. As a Project Manager at Laselle Consultants, he oversees project implementation, stakeholder coordination, and strategic execution. Earlier in his career, he held engineering and leadership roles across major construction and energy projects, gaining expertise in project delivery, procurement, and operations.
In addition to his engineering career, Ade is also a realtor and investor, with insights into the real estate and financial landscape.

Efemena Ikpro is a technology entrepreneur, educator, and data professional dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock the power of data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
With over a decade of experience spanning data analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and technology education, Efemena has built a reputation for translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions that drive business growth and career transformation.
He is the Co-Founder of 10Alytics, a global technology training and consulting company that has trained over 40,000 professionals worldwide and helped thousands transition into careers in data analytics, cybersecurity, and other technology roles.
Efemena is also the co-founder of Amdari, an experiential learning platform designed to bridge the gap between learning and real-world work experience. Through structured internship programs, hands-on projects, and industry collaboration, Amdari enables aspiring professionals to develop practical skills and build job-ready portfolios.
In addition, he is building CVMatchlyAI, an AI-powered job application intelligence platform that helps professionals optimize their CVs, improve ATS compatibility, track applications, and identify companies that offer visa sponsorship opportunities in markets such as the UK.

Founder of EnviRyde
Bassey Bassey is an entrepreneur, technology strategist, and business leader with experience founding and scaling multiple ventures across technology, consulting, and sustainability.
He is the Founder of EnviRyde, a climate-tech mobility platform focused on sustainable transportation and carbon impact solutions. He is also the Managing Partner at SeamFlex Consulting, where he helps organizations implement cloud solutions and drive digital transformation.
Prior to entrepreneurship, Bassey built extensive consulting experience at Deloitte, where he led digital transformation initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and advised senior executives on strategic technology and business solutions.
Bassey holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Denver, a Master’s in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University (Distinction), and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Babcock University, where he served as the graduating class president.

Entrepreneur and Product Leader
Adeshina Alani is an entrepreneur and product leader based in Calgary, Canada, with extensive experience in technology, data analytics, and digital product development. He has founded several ventures focused on technology, community services, and construction, building solutions that address real-world needs across housing, business operations, and service delivery.
Through Solace Abode, Adeshina leads residential construction and housing development projects, including luxury homes and multifamily developments. He also builds digital platforms that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and service delivery for businesses.
Professionally, Adeshina has worked as a Technical Product Manager, leading the development of cloud-based software products, healthcare analytics platforms, and SaaS solutions. His expertise spans AI-enabled product management, big data analytics, cybersecurity, and business intelligence, helping organizations transform complex technical systems into valuable business solutions.
Adeshina holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria, with research in healthcare analytics and data security, as well as a Master’s degree in Computing focused on data science and analytics.

Oyinade (Sasha) Akinbohun is an entrepreneur, Agile Project Manager, and community builder based in Calgary, Canada. She is the Founder of VenturaX Network Hub, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Black entrepreneurs through mentorship, education, and community support.
Oyinade is passionate about helping aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs turn ideas into action and build sustainable businesses. Through VenturaX Network Hub, she organizes workshops, networking events, and mentorship programs that provide practical guidance for entrepreneurs navigating the early stages of business.
She also mentors service-based entrepreneurs, helping them gain clarity on their business ideas, build strong foundations, and develop strategies to grow their businesses.
In addition to her work in entrepreneurship, Oyinade has experience in the childcare sector, where she supports child development and early learning initiatives while contributing to her community through care and education.
Through her leadership at VenturaX Network Hub, Oyinade is committed to building a supportive ecosystem where entrepreneurs can learn, connect, and grow their businesses with confidence.
Seasoned Banking and Entrepreneurship Leader
Dennis Agbegha is a seasoned banking and entrepreneurship leader with extensive experience supporting entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses across Canada. He currently serves as Director, Banking Prairies at RBCx, where he leads regional teams across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba to support innovative companies, build strategic partnerships, and drive ecosystem growth.
With over a decade of experience in financial services, Dennis has held leadership roles at BDC and ATB Financial, where he championed inclusive entrepreneurship, built strategic partnerships, and provided financing and advisory support to entrepreneurs across diverse industries including agriculture, real estate, energy, and technology.
Dennis is known for his ability to combine strong financial analysis, risk management, and relationship building to help businesses unlock opportunities and grow sustainably. His expertise includes financial statement analysis, underwriting, loan structuring, and strategic business development.
Before transitioning into banking, Dennis worked as a Geoscientist on multi-billion-dollar oil and gas projects, bringing deep expertise in data analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement—skills he now applies to supporting entrepreneurs and business leaders.
He is a passionate community advocate and multi award winner who volunteers with several organizations and is committed to empowering entrepreneurs and creating positive impact.
